Bmax Nitrous oxide is produced by careful heating of ammonium nitrate at about 250ºC, which decomposes into nitrous oxide and water vapour:
NH4NO3 → 2 H2O + N2O
This producion process is the only production method for food-grade nitrous oxide approved by WHO/FAO, FDA, CE and GB standard.

Not like the nitrous oxide produced by tail gas. There is not so many unknown impurities duiring the production process. The purity can be high to 99.9995%.
We use the liquid ammonium nitrate as the material. Liquid ammonium nitrate is more stable and safer. And liquid ammonium nitrate can be injected automatically. The gas is purer and more stable.
Out put of our production line is 160kg/hour. We can also make 80kg/hour and 320kg/hour lines.
The entire production process of our line is full automatic from material injection, reaction, purification, temperature control, gas flow regulation and storage.
There are online devices to inspect the gas every 15 miniutes and transit the date to central control room. Production line will stop working automatically if there is any problem about the inspection result.
We can build the whole production with all equipment including tanks, filling equipment and so on.
