DCS (distributed control system) control the whole production process. DCS get and analyze the data from online inspection devices automatically every 15 minutes. There are online gas chromatography analyzer and moisture analyzer.
We have a inspection room to get more accurate data. we imported a Gow-Mac brand 826DID gas chromatography from the USA, and TIGEROPTICS brand micro moisture analyzer from Germany. Inspectors will inspect the gas every day for every shipment to make sure the gas quality is the best.
Unlike other factory produce Nitrous Oxide by Exhaust method.Bmax Nitrous Oxide is produced by Ammonium Nitrate. Heating ammonium nitrate decomposes into N2O and H2O. When a large amount of N2O is dissolved in the water, the water is cooled to produce N2O crystals. When the crystals are heated, N2O will escape.
Exhaust method: Using the integrated process of chemical purification, absorption and rectification to remove impurities in the tail gas to obtain high-purity N2O products.
